Congratulations Dorian!

L-R: ADL Manager Kaspar Middendorf, recent graduate and former ADL RA Dorian Ghosh, with another former ADL RA, Sage Anastasi

Congratulations to Dorian Ghosh, who graduated today with their Masters in Teaching and Learning with Distinction.

Dorian first joined the ADL team as a Research Alongsider in 2021, while they were still an undergrad. Since then they’ve returned to the Lab many times, working on projects as varied as finding content for the Our Stories audio trail, identifying differences in te reo Māori translations of the New Testament, and transcribing the shipboard diaries of early European settlers to Aotearoa.

They recently secured a position teaching secondary school English at Taipa Area School in Northland.

It’s always wonderful to see our former RAs graduate and move on to the next stage of their lives, even if there is a slight bittersweet edge knowing we won’t see them around the Lab any more.

Best wishes for your new career, Dorian, and congratulations to everyone graduating this week!
